Celeste has been working as a disability support worker since she was 16. Before this, she volunteered at her local disability nippers and netball programs. 

Celeste is the founder of Blossom Respite Retreat and the primary support worker. She lives on site in the seperate residence below the respite house in Lennox Head. 

Kim has an OAM for her service to the disability community. She has worked as a volunteer for a wide variety of disability services for over 30 years including sports, schools and respite services as well as having a bachelors degree in special education. 

Kim has a passion for working with adults with a disability and works as a part time support worker at Blossom.
